Trip to Anantagiri Hills by RMS Z Division staff

A trip to Anantagiri Hills was conducted for the staff of DO of RMS Z Division on 27-11-2016 from Hyderabad.  The trip started at 800 AM in a bus from LB Nagar and picked the staff from GPO Hyderabad, Mehdipatnam and proceeded to Anantagiri, finally reached there by 1100 am. The members participated entusiastically with their family members which gave an opportunity to interact with each other. This sort of trips with staff makes them to relax from the day to day routine work.

PA SA Recruitment

The notification of recruitment of PA and SA has came out and I request all the officials in RMS Z Division to give more publicity and also encourage the well qualified MTS and MG working in your unit to appear for the examination.  A good number of vacancies available and the examination will be on merit only besides the posts are under reservation also.

Educational Qualification : Must have passed 12th Standard or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University.

Age Limit : 18-27 years as on 01.01.2017 (Candidates born not before 02-01-1990 and

not later than 01-01-1999).

Circle Relaxation Committee

You are all aware of the tragic event took place in 2009 in which one Contingent employee by name Mr. Babu Rao was murdered and huge cash was stolen from accounts branch of Z division HRO which was subsequently recovered by police and kept in court of law.  The accused was sentenced to life imprisonment also.  After I took the charge as SRM again, the recovery of money from Court taken place and finally total amount of Rs. Nine lakhs plus and credited to government accounts.

The wife of deceased Mr. Baba Rao by name Smt. Subhashini was given contingent water woman post and she has been working in that capacity since 2009 in % HRO Hyderabad Z Division.  The case of compassionate appointment is also taken up and finally the CRC cleared the same for the post of GDS MM in Z Division. The posting orders are yet to be issued as GDS MM.

SA Examination and Result

I on behalf of the staff of RMS Z Division, Hyderabad congratulate Mr. Tirupathi Mail Guard and Srinivas MG of Mancherial Sorting for their successful come out in the SA exam conducted for PM and MG officials in Telangana Circle. I wish both a happy and prosperous career in futurre.

I am very much thankful to all my staff in supporting one needy patient in which regard I made an appeal. The response from the RMS colleagues of other divisions is also tremendous and it shows how compassionate we are. A total of Rs.1,40,000-00 has been accumulated in the SB account opened for this purpose. An amount of R's.30,000 each was deposited on the name of each child under KVP for 3 children.  It is proposed to pay rest of the amount towards medical treatment to Drive TV Swamy on monthly basis till it exhausts. I once again convey my heartfelt thanks to each and everyone in this regard. I am very much delighted to say that AG Dn and V Dn have contributed R's.41500-00 and Rs.34500 respectively and I salute my co employees of RMS in both the divisions.

                                                                           APPEAL

I had been to Karimnagar on 30-04-2016 on some official visit and one Outsider employee who has been working in SRO Karimnagar for the last twenty years by name Mr. T V Swamy came to me with a request to help him since he was suffering from Cancer.  Since he is an outsider there is no provision in the rules to help the needy person.  Hence I made an appeal to all our staff in Z division to donate some amount to help the family.  One Joint SB account was also opened in GPO Hyderabad with Number 3266574186 and the contributions collected may please be credited in to the account. I have also made an appeal to Senior Postmaster Secunderabad HO and the staff who immediately responded and an amount of Rs. 8200-00 is collected and credited to our account.  The details of contributions so far collected is as follows:
