                                 Negligence to duty and its consequences

It is the duty of each and every employee to adhere to the procedures laid down by the department while performing the duties.  Negligence of such will have definitely some adverse impact which may even lead to uproar among the employees. Non follow up of procedures on duty will attract the attention of administration and suitable action should invariably be initiated to set right the things. Ultimately this results to unrest among the effected and unions also.  The best remedy to avoid this unpleasant situation is to perform the duties in a correct manner.

Instances of non exchange of mails and unauthorized travel of officials in the sections are such need to be avoided by our staff.  This will have an adverse impact on the division as a whole. Paying a small attention to the issues raised above will avoid inconvenience to the staff as well as to the administration.  It is rightly said Prevention is better than Cure. It is requested to follow the rules and avoid the administration to take drastic action.

మీ అందరికి తెలుసు మనము గోదావరి పుష్కరాల నీరు మన కస్టమర్స్ కి చేర్చే క్రమం లో ఆర్ ఎం ఎస్  సెక్షన్ ద్వారా తెప్పించటం జరిగిన్ది.  ఈ క్రమం లో మన ఉద్యోగస్తుల కృషి ఉన్నది.  అట్టి ఉద్యోగస్తుల ను మనం సత్కరించాలని తలచి డివిజనల్ ఆఫీసు లో 10-08-2015 నాడు చిన్నఫంక్షన్ చేసి వారిని సత్కరించటం జరిగిన్ది.  శ్రీ మంగిలాల్, వేణు సార్టింగ్ అసిస్టెంట్స్ కాజిపేట్ మరియు శ్రీ బద్రీనాథ్, రామేశ్వర రావు, హుస్సేన్ SRO లను సంమానించటం జరిగిన్ది. ఈ కార్యక్రమానికి ASRM కాజిపేట్ , IRMs హాజరు అవటం ముదావహమ్. SRM Z division సంమానితులకు memento ఇవ్వటం జరిగిన్ది.  

Abstraction of contents A bad practise

I am sorry to notice that some of our staff are indulging in abstraction of contents from the parcels in sections and even in offices which is highly irregular and against to the rules. Two instances have come to my notice and the administration has initiated action against the guilty. One Mail Guard found with abstracted mobile phone and some cloths while getting down from Z 31 IN on 10-05-2015. The mail guard is suspended from service followed by one more suspension of another MTS offg. as Mail guard Mahabubnagar RMS who was also involved in abstraction of cloths in another case.

All the officials in the division are requested to cooperate to the administration to curb this sort of bad practices and also to avoid bad name to the division.
