New Year 2017

The 2016 has gone peacefully to majority of us. Let us hope and wish that this New Year 2017 will bring all cheers to us. I request all the staff to be committed to work and give the best output for better services to the public. The coming year is very crucial to us in view of computerization which is going to take place in the shape of Core System Integrator called as CSI. A lot of work to be done for this and I hope that our committed force will come up to the expectations.

Trip to Anantagiri Hills by RMS Z Division staff

A trip to Anantagiri Hills was conducted for the staff of DO of RMS Z Division on 27-11-2016 from Hyderabad.  The trip started at 800 AM in a bus from LB Nagar and picked the staff from GPO Hyderabad, Mehdipatnam and proceeded to Anantagiri, finally reached there by 1100 am. The members participated entusiastically with their family members which gave an opportunity to interact with each other. This sort of trips with staff makes them to relax from the day to day routine work.

PA SA Recruitment

The notification of recruitment of PA and SA has came out and I request all the officials in RMS Z Division to give more publicity and also encourage the well qualified MTS and MG working in your unit to appear for the examination.  A good number of vacancies available and the examination will be on merit only besides the posts are under reservation also.

Total No. of Posts : Tentatively the vacancies for the post of Postal Assistant/Sorting Assistant, LDC, DEO and Court Clerks are 3281, 1321, 506 and 26 respectively.

Educational Qualification : Must have passed 12th Standard or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University.

Age Limit : 18-27 years as on 01.01.2017 (Candidates born not before 02-01-1990 and

Circle Relaxation Committee

You are all aware of the tragic event took place in 2009 in which one Contingent employee by name Mr. Babu Rao was murdered and huge cash was stolen from accounts branch of Z division HRO which was subsequently recovered by police and kept in court of law.  The accused was sentenced to life imprisonment also.  After I took the charge as SRM again, the recovery of money from Court taken place and finally total amount of Rs. Nine lakhs plus and credited to government accounts.

The wife of deceased Mr. Baba Rao by name Smt. Subhashini was given contingent water woman post and she has been working in that capacity since 2009 in % HRO Hyderabad Z Division.  The case of compassionate appointment is also taken up and finally the CRC cleared the same for the post of GDS MM in Z Division. The posting orders are yet to be issued as GDS MM.
